Appointment Guidelines

We can’t wait to see you! To finalize your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, which goes directly toward your final total.

Out of respect for all our guests, we have a 10-minute late policy. If you’re running more than 10 minutes behind, we’ll unfortunately have to cancel and reschedule you.

If you need to make changes, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to keep your deposit valid for a future visit!
